Specialty Tables

This card table was rescued from the Kansas City Club, the oldest private men’s club in Kansas City, founded in 1882. This club boasted such notable members as Eisenhower and Truman, as well as Kansas City mayors and business leaders.

The club was in operation until 2015. Ernie Eichmann inherited the table from his father, a member of the club. He eventually sold it to Jeff Foster, an antique dealer from Chanute, Kansas and expert in furniture restoration. Jeff professionally restored this table and sold it to Mill Creek Antiques.
