Shipping and Payment Terms
We understand that shipping terms on a stove
may affect your decision to buy a stove; therefore,
should you wish to hold a stove, but are not sure
whether it is feasible with shipping charges
applied, we ask that you first fill out this form to
temporarily hold a stove while shipping
information is being processed for you (allow
three days due to weekends or holidays).
Should a phone, walk-in, or online customer
decide to buy the same stove, we reserve the
right to sell the stove to that customer unless you
have already put a 20% deposit on the stove. A
20% deposit may be made by credit card or
Paypal to immediately hold a stove. Checks or
money orders are of course allowed but the
stove will not be considered "held" until we
receive the check or money order and again,
reserve the right to sell the stove should we have
a wiling customer before your check or money
order arrives by post.
If you choose to have your stove shipped,
please be sure to provide your physical delivery
address including zip code. We will call or email
you back with a quote from Craters and
Freighters of Kansas City, or one of our own
shipping partners if available, within 3 days.
If after receiving the quote you agree to the
delivery charges, we must receive from you
within the next 48 hours a deposit* of 20% of the
purchase price of the stove. You may send this
deposit to us via Paypal, credit card or debit card
(please call to pay using your card).
Craters and Freighters must be paid
separately and directly by you, the buyer.
There is a $150 fee paid separately to Mill Creek
Antiques which covers our delivery of the stove to
the freighter in KC
If Mill Creek Antiques, or one of its shipping
partners, is able to get the stove to you, delivery
charges may be paid upon receipt of the stove.
The full balance on your stove must be received
within 30 days (via Paypal, check money order or
credit card).
Stoves do not leave the shop until the purchase
price is paid in full.
